Some praised the magazine as the best they’d ever read, others thought it disgusting.
But more and more, Americans from all parts of the country, from Nebraska to North Carololina, are willing to try new things. And that’s a good thing. In an article in today’s Reuters, Reichl highlights Mexican food in particular, explaining: "We are discovering regional Mexican food. That’s really a big change. We are starting to understand that Mexico is a country with a really proud and very different history from region to region. I think people are also starting to eat pupusas from El Salvador and Dominican food, certainly here in New York. Click here to read the full article.
