Pear reports the following: Angela M. Kelley, deputy director of the National Immigration Forum, a pro-immigrant advocacy group, said the proposed legalization program was “very good, much better than the one in the bill passed by the Senate last year.” USA Today reports on the Bush-Kennedy connection in the immigration debate.
