None of these people are Americans. Simple as that.

how do you know miss? maybe their 5x great-grandfathers were recorded as receiving 1000 acres of land in Virginia, that should be enough for them to be americans. you will never know. Simple as that.

Because at a time like this, all real Americans should be concentrating on saving our country, not on getting as many goodies for foreign relatives from this country as they can.

Hey Matt, what happened to the micro-credit site? The pledges to improve jobs and opportunities in Mexico? Now you are nothing but open borders, mass violation of US immigration policy, and amnesty for lawbreakers. Were you not really sincere about improving Mexico? Or did you just decide that Mexico was a hopeless cause?

Phoenix becomes new center of drug war with Mexican-style kidnappings and torture: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/11/12/cbsnews_investigates/main4597299.shtml?source=mostpop_story#ccmm This is what you're doing to my country Mike. I have a right to be angry. Once upon a time, Phoenix was a decent place, just like LA was a decent place. Kidnapping was an extremely rare crime in US cutlure, but not anymore. Do we have to see every single one of our great cities turned into this? Please go home, fix your culture, fix your terrible attitudes, so that you can fix your country.

Stop the madness! We need stronger border control and stronger immigration laws. We have no idea whether these illegal aliens are criminals in their own home country. They could be child molesters, murderers, drug dealers or other sorts of undesirables. Illegal aliens have been a huge strain on our hospitals, jails and government hand outs. It's not about the jobs that americans won't do, that illeagals do, it's that we can't compete against their low wages. Illegal aliens hurt the American taxpayers! Go to www.carpentersvilleplayhouse.wordpress.com This non-partisan blog [Republican, Democrat and Independents] tells of some of our problems relating to the problems of illegal aliens and the dirty politics behind them.

I understand that most U.S. citizens feel confused and angry about the immigration issue, I would be too. Thank God, I am informed well enough and I understand both sides. I know that most people would like to blame their problems on other people, and that is exactly what is happening here. People are blaming things on illegal immgrants. Most of these people have children born in USA and are citizen of this country, either you like it or not! These children will not be given the opportunity to grow up with a stable family and will be in poverty, the future of these kids who are US citizens does not look very bright. Families are being torn appart from each other, with no options left open here. I know first hand what people will sacrifice to stay with their families, I am one of them. I have been in USA on a student visa for more than 10 years. I have 2 US born children, when I was pregnant with my first child, I did not have insurance (the health insurance from school was only a discount card) I was forced to wait long before I went to see a doctor, they would not accept me without paying $3000.00 first. I was legal here and could not get help from the State, I find it absurt how they say illegals get benefits when I coudn't, very funny....Anyhow, I am still forced to go to school in order to stay with my husband (green card holder) and my 2 US citizen children. My husband has petitioned for me 2 years ago, I will more than likely not get the green card earlier than 2011, I have still 3 more years to go. I understand that people would not resist to stay so long apart from their spouse and little children, and come to this country illegally, WOULD YOU??? Ps: I had the oportunity to come here on a student visa, most people do not get that chance, not even to visit once

elidao20 quit having anchor babies that you can't afford. take your family to mexico and try to make that country better for your own people. don't tear your family apart--take them with you to mexico. no one forces anchor babies to stay here, they are allowed to leave-remember they have dual citizenship.
