Another lame cartoon. I think it's a pitch for the NAU. Or else, an acknowledgement that while the US and Canada created beatiful large leafy shade trees out of their countries, Mexico is only capable of creating a skimpy little inadequate sprig. If that's the case, I fully agree with the cartoonist.

Hmmmmmm let's see, we could view it as, without the US, the other plants would pretty much be LIFELESS. Or, kumbaya, we're all one big happy plant. YUCK!!! What they should show, to be more accurate is how the plant on the right sucks the life out of the other plants by stealing its food and water.....

"Sucks the life out of the other two plants..." When you put it that way truth, it makes me kinda long for a big can of Round-Up.
