The system is not in the least "broken" for employers -- they just want cheap, expendable, compliant labor. I see nothing particularly burdensome for employers in the enforcment measures that are highlighted in the article. What's so terrible about allowing displaced employees to sue if they are replaced by illegals? If illegals can sue for the "right" to "access" American taxpayer-financed "free" education, this doesn't seem to be a particularly unjust law.
