We propose...

  • Enhanced border security.
  • Undocumented immigrants who want to legalize their status must pay taxes, learn English, and undergo a criminal background check.
  • Congress must create a pathway to legalization for the over 12 million illegal immigrants currently working in the United States.
  • Undocumented immigrants must pay their dues for breaking U.S. laws by unlawfully entering the United States of America through community service or paying a fine.
