MATT Foundation believes that Micro Loans are an important part of the solution to solving the immigration problem between the U.S. and Mexico. Experts agree that to halt the influx of undocumented workers at its root, more jobs need to be created in Mexico.

A large percentage of Mexicans are self-employed in the informal economy, and therefore cannot access traditional financing to make their small businesses grow.

That is where the remarkable MATT Micro Loans come in. MATT Micro Loans enable ordinary people like you and me to help create thousands of jobs in Mexico by providing small business entrepreneurs with loans of $25 to $1,000.

MATT members have loaned over $400,000 to small-business owners in Mexico since October 2006, when MATT partnered with Micro-Loans experts KIVA and ADMIC. This program has helped dozens of entrepreneurs maintain and create new jobs and expand their businesses. Already, close to $170,000 has been repaid!

Micro Loans work. Programs in Asia and Africa have already been successful in helping to alleviate poverty and create jobs.

Now, all Americans are invited to join the network of thousands of investors who are supporting small businesses in Mexico with loans as low as $25, $50, and $100.
