It's like this. Elvira is home now. Her son is not with her. She chose to break up her family. Do not say she was FORCED because I and responsible adults know better. She is home. She is not being denied her human rights because nobody has a "human right" to claim to be present in any country.

There are two things she can do now. Stay in Mexico and keep fighting for her beliefs or quietly fill out documents to legally come to America. She submit it to the leaders of our nation and ask for a special visa. She should apologize for not having done that prior to her previous illegal border crossings.

That would be the move I'd make and I believe that action would be supported by most of those who in the past said they don't support illegal entry or illegal immigration.

Bascially she could do both, but please do by the law; in order for any illegals to enter this country. She is now with her son. She was capture beening undocomentment; using a stolen s.s.# now that is a felony. She was giving more than enough. Her freedom backhome.
